INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTRATION FOR NEW ADMISSION - NURSERY, LKG, UKG to VIII -2026-27

1. Registration – 25th August to 25th September 2025 (offline & online)

• Forms are available from the school office counter from 8am to 12pm (Only on working days and during the school hours) / our website (www.holyangelssbd.org). Based on first come first serve policy
• Registration and office charges will not be refunded in any case.

2. Submission of Forms – 1st September to 25th September 2025

• Last date for submitting the form is 25th September 2025
• No form shall be accepted after the given date and time.
• All the furnished information should have proper documental proof.

3. Interaction for Nursery - 27th September 2025.

4. Interaction for L.K.G – 11th October 2025

5. Interaction for U.K.G & I– 31st December 2025

6. Results for L.K.G – 14th October 2025 at 2pm on School website (www.holyangelssbd.org)

7. Admissions – 27th to 31st October 2025 (8am to 12pm)

• St. Joseph’s K.G School is the K.G wing of Holy Angels’ Sr. Sec. School
• Once admission is taken, the fees will not be refunded even if the admission is withdrawn by the parent.

8. Eligibility –

• Nursery 3 years to 4 years (Born between 31st March 2022 and 31st July 2023)
• L.K.G- 4 years to 5 years (Born between 31st March 2021 and 31st July 2022)
• U.K.G – 5 years to 6 years(Born between 31st March 2020 and 31st July 2021)
• I - 6 Years Complete in April 1st 2026 till July 31st 2026

• The applicants should strictly adhere to the age norms set by the school. All the decisions taken by the management concerning admissions will be final, binding and indisputable.

9. Fee Payment – First payment at the time of admission is only by Demand Draft drawn in favor of St. Joseph’s K.G School (Nursey, L.K.G. & U.K.G)

COPIES OF RELEVANT DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM

*For All candidates :

1. Muncipal Birth Certificate clearly showing the name of the pupil and parents (certificate issued by hospitals / affidavits will not be acceptable).

2. Copy of Ration Card / Election Photo Card / Electricity bill / Telephone Bill / Jal Board Bill/ Aadhaar Card for address proof.

3. Aadhaar Card (Both parents & child)

4. Recent Passport size Photo (2 sets Both parents & child)

5. Combined Postcard size Family Photograph

6. Baptism Certificate

7. SC, ST, OBC certificate (if applicable).

*Mere Registration, Interaction and Identification do not guarantee admission.

*No request for changing the Schedule will be entertained.

*The School reserves the right to a class suited to his/her level. Admission is finalized strictly on Merit as per the decision of the management and the payment of the prescribed fee. The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any student without giving any reason or explanation.
