INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION FOR NEW ADMISSION – NURSERY, L.K.G., U.K.G. & CLASS I (2027–28)

1. Registration – 1st September to 25th September 2026 (Offline & Online)

• Registration forms are available from the School Office Counter between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM on all working days during school hours, or can be downloaded from the school website www.holyangelssbd.org. Registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Parents who complete the registration online must visit the School Office with a printed copy of the registration form.
• Registration and office charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Submission of Registration Forms – 7th September to 30th September 2026

• The last date for submission of the registration form is 30th September 2026.
• No registration form will be accepted after the prescribed date and time.
• All information furnished in the registration form must be supported by valid documentary proof.

3. Eligibility –

• Nursery: 3 to 4 years (Born between 31st March 2023 and 31st July 2024).
• L.K.G.: 4 to 5 years (Born between 31st March 2022 and 31st July 2023).
• U.K.G.: 5 to 6 years (Born between 31st March 2021 and 31st July 2022).
• Class I: Child must complete 6 years of age between 1st April 2027 and 31st July 2027.

• Applicants must strictly adhere to the age criteria prescribed by the school. The decision of the School Management regarding admissions shall be final, binding, and not open to dispute.

COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE ATTACHED WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM

* For All Candidates:

1. Municipal Birth Certificate clearly showing the name of the child and the parents. (Certificates issued by hospitals or affidavits will not be accepted.)

2. Copy of any one of the following as proof of residence: Ration Card / Voter ID (Election Photo Identity Card) / Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / Jal Board Bill / Aadhaar Card.

3. Aadhaar Cards of both parents and the child.

4. Two sets of recent passport-size photographs of both parents and the child.

5. One combined postcard-size family photograph.

6. Baptism Certificate (if applicable).

7. SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable).

* Mere registration, interaction, and identification do not guarantee admission.

* No request for any change in the schedule will be entertained.

* The School reserves the right to place a student in the class best suited to his/her academic level. Admission shall be finalized strictly on merit, subject to the decision of the School Management and payment of the prescribed fee. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any student without assigning any reason.

* The Principal reserves the right to place a student in the class best suited to his/her academic level, wherever necessary.

* It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to clarify all queries regarding the applicable fee structure before confirming the admission of their ward.
